Payment:
- When you confirmed your trip, please send us 25 percent for Nepal Tour and Nepal Trekking, 25 percent for Tibet, and 75 percent for Bhutan advance on total payment through bank transfer, credit transfer, or cash and send your passport copy to confirm flight tickets.
- Payments can be wired by bank transfer, remittance, or credit card transfer. You can use any means of transfer according to your convenience.
- Final payment should be before starting the tour/trek upon arrival in Nepal.
- The clients themselves should pay bank service charges and credit card transfer processing charges.
Cancellation by Customer:
- After sending all confirmation, advance amount will be applicable(non refundable) from the entire trip payment if any circumstances cannot start the trip.
- If any other circumstance cannot start a trip like natural disasters, we suggest another trip. If the client does not like then, we will calculate our expenses like room cancellation charges, and permit and the rest will be refunded.
- Money will not refund when you return fast from a trip due to walking quickly or other personal reasons.
